Our VIP meet & assist service is designed to whisk you through the airport with minimum fuss and delay. Our service begins before you arrive by organizing and setting up all your requirements.
- Met at the aircraft gate
- Transported through the terminal with electric buggies (subject to airport)
- Assisted with any visa or landing card requirements
- Expedited through customs and immigration
- Assisted with baggage porters in collecting their luggage
- Escorted out to their final mode of transport
Our staff is expert in dealing with travel issues and it can perfectly assist our clients with any unexpected problem (i.e. lost baggage). We can also organize both transportation, with chauffeur service waiting outside the arrivals area, and hotel check-in service.
On departure your clients will be:
- Met kerbside directly outside the terminal
- Transferred to check-in with pre-booked porters to assist with their luggage
- Pre-checked-in (subject to airline) with preferred seats arranged
- Expedited through all check-in and security processes.
- Escorted to lounge and to the aircraft gate when ready to board
